Rise 11 is such a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing studio. Every instructor is so friendly, knowledgable, and amazing at what they do. They explain each movement in detail, so you understand exactly which muscles you're working, while making sure your form is correct throughout the class.

I started my Reformer Pilates journey in March at this beautiful studio, started with a taster session on Sunday 29th March and this is now a twice a week commitment. This is just what Westhoughton needed an elegant and welcoming space. Great instructors and a friendly welcome. Highly recommend you try it.
