BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking. Class passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. We require at least 24 hours notice from the class start time to reschedule a class and keep the class credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass or membership. This policy allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist.

MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are monthly and recur automatically unless cancelled within 4 weeks notice prior to the next payment date. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be paused.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Please consult a medical professional before participating if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or injury. Our classes are not specifically designed for pregnancy. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries or medical conditions before attending class. You agree to listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Rise11 Wellness Studio is not liable for any injury sustained in class.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early, remove shoes at the entrance and place them on the shoe rack provided, wear grip socks which are available to purchase on site and appropriate activewear. Switch phones to silent. Please be respectful of our space, instructors and other members. Photos & Videos for social media are welcome before or after class only, not during class.

Your personal information is kept secure and will only be used for booking, communication and membership purposes. We will never share your details with third parties. Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during class by our instructors for advertising purposes only. If you do not wish to be featured please make the instructor aware before class.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Rise11 Wellness Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
By booking a class or purchasing a membership, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
